Gelato Messina

It's a lazy Tuesday afternoon and today I head out with a friend to the well known and popular "Gelato Messina". The place is usually packed at night but we go during the afternoon and luckily there is no massive queue.

Gelato Messina have an extensive array of flavours including salted caramel, choc mint, apple pie, tiramisu and mandarin sorbet.

I get a three scoop with choc mint, peanut butter with fried brioche and salted white choc with macadamia.

The flavours are amazing. The salted white choc tasted amazing while the brioche gave the ice cream a nice crunch and a different texture. The peanut butter ice cream was quite rich, although a bit too sweet for my liking, however the choc mint was very subtle and balanced out the sweetness quite well.


Messina is one of the best gelato/ice cream places in Sydney and I definitely suggest you try it.
